0. WRITE IT DOWN – this is the first rule I teach everybody i work with, it gives peace to mind and soul – it’s written done, I’ll not forget it, I’ll get it done after I’ll do the things which are more important.
1. Listen – listen to my client to can understand what’s the real issue.
2. Understand the vision where the clients wants to get and where the client struggles
3.1 Quick fixes – sometimes a simple to do list can help a lot! or a daily 10 min standup meeting
3.2. Standardize and prioritize – any business has repetitive items, those should be standardized and prioritization will become part of the standardization process
4. WRITE IT DOWN – when we get to this point sometimes we already forgot rule no 0 and I see that clients got so confident of the achievements that rule no 0 is not respected anymore – write it down
